EMATS' Land & Environmental Services offers professional land services, including title and state records research, contract evaluations, right-of-way and royalty negotiations, and litigation support.
We perform a full range of assessments, studies and evaluations to comply with the national environmental policy act, and prepare and file appropriate applications for required environmental permits (state and/or federal) and prepare follow-up reports.
Our technical support services carry out a number of functions, including soil surveys, air quality modeling, gas analysis and ground water baseline surveys. |
